We take care of the insurance paperwork right away, so you’ll only have to pay whatever’s left of the bill, if there’s anything left.
Whether you’re coming in for physiotherapy, massage therapy, or chiropractic care, we’re set up to directly bill your insurance. It’s our way of making your visit to Vaughan Physiotherapy Clinic smoother and more convenient, saving you time and hassle.
Who qualifies for Direct Billing?
The availability of this service depends on your insurance provider and the specific plan you have.
When you come in for your initial consultation, please bring your insurance information, including your policy and ID number. Our friendly office staff will assist you in verifying your insurance coverage and determining whether your plan allows for direct billing. It’s important to note that the patient is responsible for all treatment fees.
If direct billing is not an option for your plan, you will need to pay for your visit upfront. We accept payment in various forms, including cash, debit (Interac), Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. To seek reimbursement from your insurance or extended health carrier, we will provide you with a receipt that you must submit to them.
